Shipping Policy

In most cases we need only 2-5 business days to create and ship your Golf Ball Stamp and other personalized golf products. If there will be an extended delay in shipping we will contact you.

Standard shipping for U.S. addresses is via USPS Ground Advantage. We offer FREE standard shipping to all U.S. addresses on orders overs $75.

  • USPS Priority Mail (1-4 business days): $13.99

Canada

  • We ship via USPS and UPS. Shipping costs and estimated delivery time is calculated at checkout.
  • USPS options: First Class Package International, Priority Mail Express International, Priority Mail International
  • UPS options: UPS 3 Day Select®, UPS Worldwide Expedited®, UPS Worldwide Express®, UPS Worldwide Saver®, UPS® Ground

Other Countries

International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees which are payable upon delivery to the government or the delivery carrier.  We are not liable for those costs and cannot estimate what they may be before shipping to you.  If you have questions we suggest contacting the customs office in your country.

Rates for other shipping services are calculated based on shipping location at checkout. The "business day" description indicates transit time after shipping and excludes processing or production time.

 If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by just a few days. Additionally, nationwide shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date.
 
Transit and delivery timing is up to the shipping carrier. We do not have control over packages once they leave our facility. On time delivery is not guaranteed for all shipping methods. We will not issue a refund/replacement if your package is late, delayed, or not delivered. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us will not be automatically replaced/refunded. You will be required to repay the shipping fee to get the package reshipped to you.
